VAN NUYS, Calif. — Vantage Distribution is looking to set a March release date for "Barb Wire XXX: A DreamZone Parody." The spoof is based on the 1996 movie adaptation of the Dark Horse Comic, starring Pamela Anderson.
"Barb Wire" follows the adventures of Barbara Kopetski, an adrenaline junkie working part-time as a mercenary to keep her bar open for business in the apocalyptic town of Steel Harbor.
Britney Amber toplines "Barb Wire XXX" as Kopetski, hired by concerned parents to rescue their runaway daughter from a prostitution ring. Unfortunately, Kopetski soon discovers that no one is what they seem.
"Barb Wire XXX: A DreamZone Parody" is written and directed by DreamZone shooter Van Anderson ("MacGyver XXX") and co-stars Jayden Jaymes, Gigi Loren, Raylene, Holly Michaels, Billy Glide, Ralph Long, Earl Slate, Derrick Pierce and Evan Stone.
